To help with the creative studio’s project management, I developed a custom workflow chart. The chart system was built to work in Wordpress, the CMS being used for our department’s internal ‘Brand Hub’ site. Custom posts were used to add the jobs with tags and categories organising the projects into brand groups and life-cycles. The Javascript / JSON powered chart would run on the workflow page, presenting the jobs in a simple format with the usual navigation / zoom controls users would expect.

Smart layouts and subtle animation effects were used to enhance the overall experience - helping to clearly indicate where the projects were starting / finishing.
