The following are examples of HTML5 banners, taken from full suites produced for the clients Gettacar, beProtected and Stanton Fisher.
To create HTML5 banners I use authoring tools such as Adobe Animate CC and Google Web Designer. This saves a lot of time whilst allowing for high quality animations. Interactive elements and click tracking are then added afterwards via Javascript / jQuery.
As an exercise in writing pure Javascript, without the assistance of jQuery or other APIs, I decided to build a little interactive project. The idea was to use various elements, i.e. a dropdown, button, keyboard controls, mobile specific controls and animated sprites.
